There are of course glaring omissions, such as the turbulent road we've travelled down in waiting for Errol Spence and Terence Crawford to face one another, but the sweeping assessment that today's top fighters are not interested in fighting one another is kneecapped not only by the quality of fights that have already taken place, but the forthcoming schedule in 2023.

The only interesting fight is gervonta Davis vs Ryan garcia....the rest are trash fights. Benavidez and plant are only fighting because there's no one else to fight with on PBC island. If Taylor makes it to a decision with Cameron she'll get the nod as usual via corrupt judging. If tyson fury suits up to fight Usyk or anyone else that can actually beat him I'll crap my pants....and it's the same if Spence suits up to fight Crawford. Very big stretch to say the best fight the best in boxing nowadays.
