Angel Fierro views this weekend as a springboard toward the lightweight elite. The streaking contender is set for his scheduled ten-round regional title fight versus Uruguay's Eduardo Estela. Both boxers made weight for their DAZN main event, which airs live Saturday evening from Polideportivo Juan S. Millan in Culiacan, Mexico.

Eduardo Estela is the same guy who pulled the upset against lightweight prospect Ruben Torres and lost to Mauricio Lara by KO.

Eduardo Nunez is a prospect with 100% knockout power being 23-1 with 23 KOs, he switches from 130 to 135 and vice versa often. He isn't that entertaining to watch though and get's the KO at the late rounds.

Misael Rodriguez is a middleweight bronze Olympic medalist and cousin of UFC interim champion Yair Rodriguez. Haven't really watched any highlight reels or full fights involving him.

Dilshodbek Ruzmetov as an amateur, Ruzmetov won a gold medal at the 2021 Asian Championships and a silver medal at the 2019 World Championships. He will compete at light heavyweight, likely having another good contender in the mix at 175 in the near future.

Criztec Bazaldua is a 6X time national champion and stands at 6'1 in lightweight.

All that said, I think the main fight will be very entertaining as long as it lasts while the undercard will be a bit lackluster.

Both the main card and undercard will not be as entertaining as Figueroa vs Magsayo.
