  • Comments Thread For: Hank Lundy Issued Suspension By California Commission Ahead Of Planned Clash With Adrien Broner

Adrien Broner could be back on the hunt for a new opponent. BoxingScene.com has learned that a contractual conflict may leave Hank Lundy unable to challenge for the former four-division titlist. Lundy agreed to replace an unavailable Ivan Redkach, with the new fight confirmed to headline a February 25 BLK Prime Pay-Per-View event from Gateway Park Arena in the College Park section of Atlanta, Georgia.

Haymon's warning to potential other defectors on what happens if they try to leave The Cult?
Find it hard to believe this is just a result of certain circumstances or coincidences.
btw, it is similar to Benavidez's case. As soon as he tried to defect on TR's side, he lost his belt.

Just as Broner was about to make those billions, he gets this curve ball thrown at him. Brother can't get no break. There is no free money in the universe, after all.

It is about to get ABout food coupons real quick.

This is actually a good decision.

Basically, CSAC was like, "you wanted to DUCK Mercado for a payday? Nah bruh, that ain't happening."

If only the Nebraska and Nevada commissions had the balls to do this, the best fights would have been forced.

Broner will scrape up another bum (I mean opponent) to face in time. Have no fear. He's about billions these days not respect. He'll be fine.

The way AB looks, he wasn't making 140 any time soon. This is a well needed delay. The thing is, by the time AB gets to 140, the opposition won't be worth the effort.
