WASHINGTON - Demetrius Andrade was very aggressive at times during his super middleweight debut Saturday night. The former middleweight and junior middleweight champion seemed determined to entertain and produce a knockout in his first fight for Premier Boxing Champions' Al Haymon. Andrade was credited with two knockdowns - one in the second round and another in the 10th round - but Demond Nicholson went the 10-round distance with him at Capital One Arena.

Even when aggressive Andrade is terrible to watch, he lacks commitment when he lets his hands go he doesn't commit its shoe shine, he should have stopped Nicholson if he is to beat the real top guys.

Only because Andrade will get the **** beat out of him for 12 rounds and we wont have to watch him again.

Definitely talented but definitely one of the most boring fighters of his generation. Lost count how many underwhelming contests he has been in, politics or not he can't seem to find big name opponents. another dud contest tonight.

So many 1-dimensional boxing fans in here who thinks they know it all. He can't get the top names because they don't want to risk looking like a dumb amateur against him. If he is an easy fight, they would have jumped on the opportunity to beat him, KO him and get him out of there, but many are hesitant for a reason. Guys like canelo can fight complete stinkers like rocky fielding, matthew hatton and yildirim, yet calls andrade horrible and won't fight him. What a joke.
As for the fight, andrade showed his skills, yet it is seen as boring, but when usyk showed his skills and not KO guys, he is praised to the moon. "oh, look..a master class". We all know why people hate on andrade, and it is certainly not because of his ability or his personality.

Shucks. I was hoping Doo-Doo would have gotten KOed. Maybe then he could have stopped making all those fake call outs.
