If you have ever heard him speak when he's being interviewed, you could tell that he has a limited intellect, but well versed when it comes to profanity.
Even worse than that he sound's like his brain is already scrambled, quiet possibly by the punches that he's taken in his boxing career.
Spence isn't wasting a single solitary minute entertaining a fight with Rolly who's not in his weight division, or ranked at welterweight.

Does he think that just because he calls out someone and runs his mouth, he deserves a title shot whenever he wants?
