Interesting matchup. Dutchover has beaten a certain level of competition and came up short the two times he stepped up against Mattice and Albright. Booth pretty much the same but his losses were to guys like Dadeshev (RIP), Lipinets and Saucedo.

Dutchover can be outboxed and leaves himself open trying to close the distance. I kinda favor Booth in a slight upset.
