Stevenson does have that great talent, potentially to become the biggest superstar in boxing.

As Mayweather showed, you don't have to be the brawling ferocious type of Mike Tyson fighter to be a huge attraction.

Shakur isnt quite on that level at this stage, quite far from it, just saying he has that potential. He's got to work on his defence more as I saw he got caught with more than a few straight right hands and body shots.

So we cannot put him up there with Floyd and Pernell Whitaker now, but there's raw talent there to work with and mould.

Huge attraction? Not with that sleep-inducing style. Floyd transformed himself into the obnoxious arrogant “Money-May” to become a ppv mega-star. Fans tuned in in hopes of seeing him lose…especially Hispanic fans. Stevenson will never come close to reaching that level.

Hahahahaha, but Valdez is exciting for you. Barely beating b level guys makes you a draw. Quit counting dudes Money, that's female stuff. We're boxing fans and Shakur is waaaaaaay better than Valdez and that's what we tune in to see.

Closer than I thought. There is almost no jab in the fight despite Shakur being out-boxer. Interesting. Pure power punch fest.

Dude you’re a smart poster but you’ve been a bit unhinged lately.

The majority liked watching Floyd fight and that is why they purchased his ppvs in record numbers .

Yes there were some haters that desperately wanted him to lose that he pimped and cucked into buying a fight.

That isn’t a negative when you get those that hate you to spend money on you.

Of course its a positive- that was what Floyd was trying to accomplish. Like i said before Brother - ALL the Hispanic boxing fans(hardcore/casual) that i know - family, friends, neighbors, co-workers badly wanted to see Floyd lose - particularly to Hispanic fighter. There were NO get togethers/watch parties when Floyd fought Mosley/Judah/Berto. Broner attempted to follow the same path, and it sure seems Stevenson is attempting the same with his comments about Valdez and wanting to “beat Reynosa/Canelo”. Especially today with his obnoxious comments about “where are Valdez’s fans now”. All of a sudden he turning into an A-hole..no coincidence. As always - enjoy the conversation with a legit very knowledgeable boxing fan.
