"Trying"? G boxed very well, dug deep and took it 7-5, 6-6 being reasonable. I wasn´t aware of the "Big punchers can only move forward" - rule.

Whether that's true or not, after being on the receiving end of some total ****ery re: judge's scorecards in one contest against a certain opponent in a certain location, you'd have to be an idiot to effect a game plan that entails relying on judge's scorecards against the SAME opponent in the SAME location.

Yo, he performed well for sure, but I see Sanchez' argument. Forward movement can give a false impression of supremacy, even for apparent boxing experts. Seen it countless times and it's frustrating as hell.

ggg just does not have what it takes to beat canelo. Walking down canelo didn't work, and boxing him didn't work. If the 3rd fight happens, canelo will ko him and send him into retirement.

Both worked. What he didn't have is judges in his pocket and PEDs in his blood. He didn't need the latter, but you do need the former to beat Canelo on points.

It remains to be seen what will happen now that hes 40.

I felt as though Brook was beating GGG in the first part of their fight and then something changed inside of GGG. He switched from boxer to fighter and clobbered! Perhaps that is the guy that needed to come out in the 2nd fight, especially after the scorecards in the first. What made him think he would win on the cards against Canelo?

Sanchez hasn’t changed his opinion yet. He has been making these comments since the fight, post fight, and after getting fired. Sanchez didn’t like the way GGG fought and wouldn’t agree with him and his fans crying robbery.

It’s why he got fired. Canelo shut Sanchez’s loudmouth up to the point where Sanchez couldn’t argue with the decision and gave his respect.

GGG was claiming he will fight “Mexican style” and “Big drama show”. It was more like the back-peddling and jabbing show. And then post-fight it was the crying and sobbing show, with his face all mauled.

Great 24 rounds. Great pair of fights. Two amazing fighters. But Canelo won that rematch fair and square. He earned the win.

                  Golovkin won the first
                  canelo won the second

when the fight was at the riskiest for Canelo, he dropped the belt and went down to light middle until he felt ready. During that time golovkin started to show cracks.
                  This is what happened

Golovkin said he was looking to show “boxing-style”. And Sanchez basically affirms as much here.
