PPV should be about value. Thurman vs Barrios has no value. Neither did Ortiz vs Martin. Capitalism will sort this out. Good luck with those buys.

I'm not happy this is on PPV. Thurman-Porter wasn't PPV. Thurman-Garcia wasn't PPV. And those could have been on PPV and people wouldn't have complained. That being said, I'm a big fan of Thurman so I'm going to buy the PPV. If I wasn't a big fan of his, I wouldn't buy this, especially with Leo Santa Cruz being the co-feature. That's a real kick in the teeth.

I would have complained. Ppv should be for mega fights. Just because it is a good fight between a couple of top 5 contenders doesnt mean it belongs on ppv.

Thurman vs Barrios is on PPV,not because of his "star" power but because PBC can longer afford to pay thier A-list fighters otherwise, so lets not kid ourselves Keith. Nothing about you or all these PPV fights from PBC are "rarefied" and deserve to be on PPV...the opposite actually. Thankfully Al didn't get his way and put Mell vs Castano on PPV as well but just goes to show that he's going to continue to try and exploit that model.

this is the type of mentality that causes fights like this to be on ppv. they know there are suckers who will buy it.
