These 2 need to have a rematch in my opinion. Kiladze deserves it!!!!! Make it happen!!!! I like that Kiladze dude… tough SOB who goes into every fight outweighed & outgunned but that doesn’t stop him from winging the leather…

It looked to me like the Referee was pissed off because Kildaze was punching behind the head after he'd warned him so he decided to stop the fight to get back at Kildaze. I swear , I saw the moment when he decided to do it. He was like a cartoon character when the light bulb appears in their thoughts. That stoppage was payback for being a knucklehead.

Outweighed, yes -- outgunned -- not so sure... like Goosen said, Faust looked hurt
worse than Kiladze after the first knockdowns. And like someone else posted here, the more Kiladze is hurt,
        the more dangerous he becomes.

A stoppage may well have been inevitable, but who's to say Viktor would have been victorious?

I felt that, though I didn't see the "light bulb" moment -- and would like to see that moment you saw.

I do recall a moment when the referee said "Please!"

What happens when ring officials -- or anyone charged with the responsibility of enforcing the rules -- start basing their actions on retribution?

I think Faust was just as hurt as Kiladze. Now that I think about it Kiladze at 215-220 for the most part has given a good showing when stepping up. Although It was Faust who was stepping up in this fight & he escaped with a win. Kiladze did drop Ajagba in their slugfest so he does have some pop in his punches and you are right about Kiladze is dangerous when hurt. He is fearless & will never stop winging punches wildly…
