What figures to be a whirlwind week for sudden star George Kambosos Jr. will conclude in Las Vegas. The undefeated, unified lightweight champion plans to sit ringside for Devin Haney's mandated title defense Saturday night against Joseph Diaz Jr. If the favored Haney retains his WBC world lightweight title, Australia's Kambosos considers him the frontrunner for the newly crowned champion's first fight of 2022.

Styles make fights. Kambosos gets knocked out cold against Tank. He and Haney will make a great strategic boxing match. i like both fights. Cryan Garcia can beat him too but he doesn't deserve sht right now.

He's right, he beat the man who beat the man, so he's the king now.

Go and fight him in his home country, he's earned it.

On paper you might say these other bigger names beat Kambosos. But boxing isn't fought on paper, and Kambosos isn't easy to beat, as Lopez found out. George calls the shots now.

What a breath of fresh air. A champion willing to fight his toughest test in the division.

It makes sense only if you can fill 80k seats.

White man got balls. Too bad we can't say the same for the Protected Boys Club.

Does make sense. It’s always refreshing when a dude that wasn’t expected to win does so and then shows the willingness to take on the best fights that yield the most money.

I doubt Australia will allow this fight. They had very severe covid restrictions. Non sense.
