If Butaev is as good without Peds as he is with them, then Jamal is in for a long night.

I don't think Butaev was dirty, it was his opponent Besputin.

Some people have their heads screwed on right. They might not outshine the bad boys, but hard work and an honest run suits me fine.

Herring doesn't have sublime skills but we can't all be superstars and nor can all boxers - he's a good honest, hard-working champion

You are correct. Got the Russian names confused. My bad. Thanks. This said, then I am even more worried for Jamal...because Butaev is a f**** beast.

Definitely a long night for James, as you said! James is taller, but Butaev actually has a 2" reach advantage!

I was impressed with Butaev's performance against Besputin and wondered how Besputin was able to maintain that high level of activity into the later rounds and despite the punishment he absorbed from Butaev. Now we know the answer is because Besputin was juiced to the gills.

I like James but not sure he be able to handle the aggression and strength of the Russian.
