With two trilogies under his belt within the last seven fights, Joshua Franco couldn't be more ready to move on to the next chapter of his career. The top-rated junior bantamweight survived his third fight with Andrew Moloney, claiming a well-deserved unanimous decision victory over the Australian tlast month at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The feat wrapped up a three-fight series spanning fourteen months, beginning with Franco's competitive but clear win last June. The San Antonio native repeated that effort in a more decisive victory over the weekend, defending a secondary version of the WBA junior bantamweight title that he plans to upgrade soon.

Rungvisai should be fighting Estrada but they avoided him. More money to fight Choco.

        Then they didn't avoid Rungvisai.

It's not avoiding if you're making more money.

It’s clear to me that SSR is the most dangerous guy in this division. They just mentioned his name but never took it seriously. Come on baby, be brave.

This is another division that is wasting name recognition. These guys all need to get a little more active here. Any of the names. I like watching ANY of the top guys at this level. It is the last good thing HBO did before punting on boxing is get these warriors in front of eyeballs. I hope we see all of them in the next few months announce plans to beat the piss out the other names on this list.

Sign me ALL the way up.
