LAS VEGAS - Jose Valenzuela battered and bloodied Donte Strayhorn on Saturday afternoon until referee Raul Caiz Jr. decided Strayhorn shouldn't take more punishment. Caiz stopped their lightweight fight at 1:29 of the fourth round at T-Mobile Arena. The first fight on the Manny Pacquiao-Yordenis Ugas undercard was scheduled for eight rounds.

Good show putting the undercards on FOX. Intersting thing about PBC on FOX….the regular fights on FOX are what used to be the FS1 level shows however the FOX PPVs are massive. Canelo vs plant, Pacquiao vs Ugas which was meant to be spence, wilder vs Fury…..I wonder if the reports of PBC’s FOX demise are greatly exaggerated….especially when we considered the resources that must be spent on gusts teed purses and putting those massive ppvs together….
