Freddie Roach, the Hall of Fame trainer of Manny Pacquiao, indicates that his fighter has no interest in having a boxing match against UFC superstar Conor McGregor or any non-boxer. Last year, there was some discussion that a Pacquiao vs. McGregor boxing match would happen in the summer of 2021.

Well we will see what happens further down the line if his funds start running out.

It should be ONE fight and retire, regardless of outcome!

“Manny wants to fight the best and not MMA guys” … this is the statement of the decade
Brandon Rios (coming off a loss) was the # 1 ranked WW when Manny fought him
Broner was the top ranked WW and coming off two losses and a draw when Manny fought him
Mosley was the top WW and coming off a one-sided beating by Floyd and a draw with a TV star, Moraa when Manny fought him
Mathysse was the top WW when Manny fought him
Algieri was on fire and the top WW when Manny faced him.
Vargas was the most feared WW when Manny fought him.
Margarito was the top guy at 154 despite being KO’d by Mosley when Manny faced him at Catchweight.

Just this year Manny was planning on fighting Connor.

        Roach is a great salesman.

Before the usual General Santos crowd gets here, I just want to praise Manny for fighting Thurman and now Spence. Ctredit has to be given by objective fans

That's rich. Meanwhile scouting fighters coming out of car accidents, need to come up in weight, coming off surgery/layoffs, coming off a KO/Loss. Pathetic.

This confirms it: Pacquiao fears Logan Paul

What's with this newb fan thinking that a fighter losing means that any wins against that fighters has no merit?

When fighters take enough risks, they lose. They don't magically lose their skills or accomplishments when they lose their undefeated record.

This is why top guys are ducking each other. It is more important for boxers nowadays to be undefeated than face the very best competition available.

              Thanks a lot, Floyd

Yeh makes me laugh when they think clottey weren't a very, very good win as clottey was coming off a close loss to cotto.

That's actually saying something entirely different than what was posted. A Non-sensical rant, responding to who knows what, full of jibberish and ballyhoo.

If I am correct, Manny and Conor have both acknowledged there was a plan for them to fight so I’m not sure if Roach knows what he’s talking about.
