  • Comments Thread For: Once Known As Lil B-Hop, 130-Pound Contender Chris Colbert Is Now Prime Time

By Corey Erdman - Chris Colbert has been a star since before he was anything other than a youngster learning the sport of boxing. As a child, Colbert had a temper, the gift of gab, and a fearlessness about fighting, a trio of attributes that netted him plenty of opponents on the streets and in the schoolyard. All of the victories in the streets will net you nothing but a reputation and an eventual tragic outcome. But when he stepped into a boxing gym for the first time, trainer Aureliano Sosa saw something much different. He saw the second coming of Bernard Hopkins, and gave the 95-pound kid the nickname Lil B-Hop.

If yall read the article you'd see that he owns his own fried chicken joint Prime Time Chicken and Hopkins gave him his blessing to use the name.

Bout time he fully dropped it though as he's too old for a Lil prefix and only chump ass rappers go by that as adults.

Prime-Time? After that snooze-fest performance against that Eskimo, coming-up two weights, Colbert inspired a PBC series for the grave-ward hours.

Of course, it goes without saying that your chilliness towards Colbert has nothing whatsoever to do with him publically doubting Bong Squad. I think you should make that clear because some might think "Oh ffs, here he is, got his pom-poms out, ready to weigh in for Team Bong Squad"

I find it funny what you called him. You have as part of your profile name the name of a male professional athlete who doesn’t know you You have a profile picture of said boxer as a teenager. Only a girl would take the name of another man and adorn his picture all over the internet (mind you it is a kid picture as well so a little NAMBLAish/Lolita Express creepy). I would not doubt at all that posters of him are splayed across your walls. Do you fap fap to it as well before you fall asleep and speak to them?
