  • Comments Thread For: Thurman Not Interested in Ortiz, Says He Never Heard of Ennis

Would love to see Ennis get a shot at Thurman. Boots has a very good chance of hurting him. I doubt that that fight will happen.

Thurman in it for the paydays now not the smoke. He's got 2 good wins on his record - Garcia and Porter. Totally disingenuous to say he hasn't heard of Ennis - not only has he heard of him but he has 100% watched him and had to throw his badly stained sofa in the garbage.

Me too but at this point Thurman is getting Ko'd by mid rounds. The Thurman who fought Porter would make it competitive. That this fight will never happen represents all thit is wrong with boxing - too much about the money and avoiding losses.

Keith Thurman isn't interested in Vergil Ortiz, of course not because he might get his ass knocked out.
Keith Thurman hasn't ever heard of Jaron Ennis, the fact is he doesn't want to hear anything about him,
because he knows that Jaron Ennis would knock him out.
Keith Thurman has become one of the biggest bull**** artist's in boxing, I'm surprised someone hasn't
flushed him down the toilet already.
He thinks that he's still relevant in the world of boxing, but he's not, he's irrelevant at this point in time.

It's a shame Thurman gave away his prime. That, with how he's always seeming to avoid fights (notice, he doesn't say which fights he wants) is a bad look for a boxer. We often see fighters throw their careers away with partying or getting into trouble, this guy is also pure wasted talent but in a different way. It's unfortunate, really

A few years of ducking Spence has led up to Keef begging for the same guy.

The sad part is that Thurman vs Ortiz would be a great fight. keef has skills and Ortiz will come at him

Keef wants to wait around for the Spence-Pacquiao winner and neither wants to fight his sorry ass. Pac already beat him and Spence has put him in karma corner. nobody wants to see him in rematches against Porter and Garcia unless its a undercard scrap on a bight fight bill
