It seems to me that Herring fulfilling his mandatory against the Stevenson-Nakathila winner with that winner facing Valdez is the easiest solution.

Hopefully that’s what happens and if Shakur really believes that Herring is past prime then he (Stevenson) needs to get in the ring and prove it.
