    In the coming months, Anthony Joshua will be a free agent - with his promotional contract coming to an end and his network deal with Sky Sports expiring as well. Eddie Hearn, head of Matchroom Sport, recently confirmed that his company had signed a five-year global rights deal with streaming service DAZN.

          As I said, it’s obvious he’s going to stay where there is PPV so he can generate the most money. So either he stays with sky PPV or dazin will end up being a PPV service in the U.K. like it has adopted in the USA.

            It is and always has been a shlt and confusing name.

            I thought it was "dazin" for a good while. A lot of modern companies have made up crappy names though because every good name has been grabbed and claimed already.

                No ONE CARESSSSS..

                Sky won’t even want AJ anymore, they’re not supporting Matchroom at all going fwd.. They will create new stars..!

                  Makes sense. DAZN aren't going to pay £20+ mil for UK TV rights per Joshua fight. Joshua will likely remain SKY PPV in the UK but might be DAZN the rest of the world.

                    They would definitely want Joshua. He sells big for them and he doesn’t need Matchroom to promote his fights. Am guessing he wouldn’t renew his contract with Matchroom but he would renew his contract with Sky moving forward and go it alone with sky… Cutting out the middle man.
