This is either ignorance, or hrgovic doesn't know boxing. To say all Fury has is an awkward style is laughable. Outstanding jab, brilliant combinations puncher, excellent at range, superb on the inside, very, very fast, quite powerful, amazing ring IQ. Keep being bitter Hrgovic. Fight Babic and see if you are even the best in Croatia, a country that has less fighters than my street. Hrgovic is good, but his resume sucks. He's been through more bums than Elton John.

Hrgovic is not very smart man, his statements are just laughable.

On the contrary, Hrgovic is smart and knows very well what he is talking about. He has sparred Klitschko, Joshua, Fury and Wilder.

Here is what Fury has to say about him: https://www.croatiaweek.com/tyson-fu...ight-champion/

"My opinion on Filip Hrgović is he is a great fighter, definitely a big, big prospect for the future and a future world champion too."

Yep, the smarter fighters know he’s the biggest threat outside the belt holders ,that’s why hes the actual avoided one who people run from .

The smarter bettors will also collect with a Joshua win .

good combination puncher ...are you having a laugh or on crack...fury is cumbersome at best with his combinations...never seen him put. 3 punch combination together , inside fighter no he ain’t he just used his size to rag doll wilder that was all and his 40lb advantage in weight made all the difference.
Hrgovic is right ..all fury has is size and movement other than that not much else is outstanding.....Joshua is more refined , has a vast bigger arsenal of punches to fall back on , left hook , uppercut , straight right or delivered as hook ...and is much bigger puncher than fury.
Hrgovic has sparred both and he has no horse in the race so if he says it’s what he feels will happen lol

plenty who have sparred both also say Fury will win

So everyone is going to have an opinion.

Fighters aren’t always the greatest predictors of fights.

You haven't got a clue. Prime Tyson Fury is the greatest fighter that has ever lived.

To use his own words, Fury is a fighting man: very comfortable dealing with the unexpected in the ring, good physical attributes and knows how to use them, good reflexes, good powers of recovery and can fight in an unconventional manner.

Joshua is more conventional, but has good power, good accuracy, can let off damaging shots from range or inside. Great uppercut. Great ability to open people up with shots from range and then has great finishing instincts. Questions over his engine. Sometimes seems to get momentarily stunned and this is a vulnerability.

I don't think Hrgovic is talking out of his backside -- Joshua does have plenty of tools to hurt Fury. I don't think it's a gimme either way; Fury can maybe win a war of attrition against Joshua or maybe win a stick and move decision.

But if Wilder with his limited boxing technique could put Fury on the canvas twice in one match, I see no reason to think it is particularly hard for Joshua to do the same.
