Even an old Chop is a PROBLEM at 135. He has enough speed and pop (and chin) to trouble any of those cats.

Corley's coming off of two straight losses. Dropping a decision to Junior Witter isn't a career killer by any means. Corley's first bout down at lightweight was a technical knockout loss to Jose Alfaro. And you're assuming that Corley is even going to be a player at 135. Him facing TBA seems to show he's on the TBA/keep-busy tour. Perhaps he'll be on ESPN2 next year. But the division isn't exactly opening up for Chop-Chop.

Corley isnt meant for 135 now...moving down in weight at this point of his career was a bad idea

Corley got a boxing lesson from Mayweather who also hurt him at points bad and then Miguel crushed him, Corley's lost his confidence and it's been a long time ago. Too many live fighters right now at 135. he better stay at 140. You got a sloppy Torres a non-puncher called malignaggi and Witter who fights only in England so Corley doesn't have to worry about him unless he wants to go back there. 135 he gets broken down by diaz, katsidis and casamayor, if valero goes up there he does him in too.

135, with the Diazes' , Katsidis' and Casa's personalities, can be livened up with a character like Corley. Those fellas are much too serious.

Chop Chop won the vacant WBO crown by stopping Felix Flores in the first round on five days notice. I'm enclined towards giving him a pass on his fighting TBA's.

Hmmm...Okay, he can have a buffet of TBA's in the next year, if he wants, as long as he does not stop wearing those women's undies.

Joel Cassamayor is the man @ 135lbs.
