Holly Holm captured the vacant IFBA Jr. Welterweight title with a dominating performance over game Chevelle Hallback on Wednesday night in front of a national televised card on ESPN2 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Holm can now look forward to a future female Super-fight with Mary Jo Sanders, who was in attendance to watch her future opponent. In the co-main event former WBA Jr. Featherweight champion Bones Adams won the WBC Continentals title with a unanimous decision over tougher than expected David Martinez; Adams looks to stay busy in an attempt to capture another world title. I was pretty impressed with Holly. She actually had some technique, which I think a lot of female fighters are lacking.Bones didn't look too bad considering.

Holm looked damn good last night...That reach was the key..Everytime ole girl tried to come in Holm nailed her with a hard jab to the nose...Ole girl talked about being beat up by nate campbell in camp, well that didn't seem to help her none..
