He wants to go out with a win, thats cool. I just hope he retires after this, he's past his best and he can defently still entertain a crowd, one of the most exciting fighters ever in the sport and a HOF for sure.

That something he must work hard.

reminds me of Rocky just one last win but he alway going to be a fighter and he doesnt have anytihng to backup his finicail stuff. Its something inside them like Roberto Duran

Can you imagine if he fought Naseem Hamed back in the day, fireworks for sure. There were talks of it after Hamed lost in Vegas but the fight never came about.

I’m gonna miss the guy, I really hope he gets the send off win he deserves.

Tapia is set financially for life and for his kids to live off on too. Im sure he probably has some bussnessis in Albacuque he really famous there. And i think he didn't want to go out with a loss on his record. He is going to put on one hell of a show, i hope they show this fight on tv.

Hamed v. Tapia would have been crazy, but i seriously doubt Hamed would have taken the fight.

Your sig picture with Delahoya and the little kid, thats a cool picture. Where is he at and when did they take this picture?

Tapia's a living legend, a nice guy who has had a tough life. I hope he goes out with a win and retires happy. He had the quickest hands I've ever seen!

                  It’s from Guzman/Davis a couple weeks back.

Thats "Dynamite" Danny Romero, one of my favorite fighters at the time. I was actually rooting for Romero, but Tapia was just too much for the hard punching Danny Romero. It was tough putting in clips of Tapia-Romero, just cause i know that Tapia won and i was rooting for Romero and that fight is still tough to watch just cause one of my favorites had to lose. But I'am a huge fan of both Tapia and Romero.
