Floyd Mayweather Sr., father and trainer of WBC/WBA welterweight and junior middleweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., would be shocked beyond belief if Manny Pacquiao pulled off the upset on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Mayweather Sr. appears beyond confident that his son will pull off a victory. There is heavy betting in the last few weeks coming down on Pacquiao and some bookmakers have Mayweather listed as only a 2-1 favorite after opening as a much bigger favorite when the fight was announced on February 20th.

If the boasting and big predictions backfired, and Pacquiao won the most lucrative fight in boxing history, Floyd Sr. says he wouldn't hide away from the public.

Floyd Sr. has predicted a one-sided beatdown with a likely conclusion that would see Pacquiao getting stopped or force his corner to throw in the towel.

"I don't know [what I would do if Floyd lost]," Mayweather Sr. told Mlive.com. "I would continue to be myself. I would continue to be myself ... and I would still deal with my friends and things like that. I'm gonna be honest with you, that would be a big ... I have to say it would shock the sh*t out of me. It would shock the hell out of me. But you've still got to live on, man.

"I'm not going to hide because it happened. But better yet, to be honest, I'm just saying that it's God will, you know? I think that it'll be all right.
