With the next “Hollywood Fight Nights” event set to be held at the Commerce Casino Events Center just outside Los Angeles on April 20, promoter Tom Loeffler held media workouts at Freddie Roach’s Wild Card Boxing Gym last Saturday for fighters due to appear on the card.

Among those in attendance for the workouts, sponsored by Loeffler’s 360 Promotions, were headlining junior welterweights Cain Sandoval (12-0, 11 KOs) and Angel Rebollar (8-3, 3 KOs), junior bantamweight Daniel Barrera (5-0-1, 4 KOs), Lupita Medina (5-0, 2 KOs) and welterweight Eduardo Diaz (8-3, 2 KOs), a Los Angeles police officer.

Also taking part at the event were junior lightweight Abel Mejia (3-0, 2 KOs), women’s junior flyweight Brook Sibrian (2-0, 1 KOs), 18-year-old junior lightweight, Rodrigo Mosquera (1-0) and junior lightweight Jaybrio Pe Benito, (3-0, 2 KOs).

“It was a great media workout …” Loeffler said. “Cain is taking boxing by storm, and Angel is looking to derail his momentum.”

The April 20 fight card will be broadcast globally on UFC Fight Pass.
