It was clomiphene that Finnish heavyweight Robert Helenius tested positive for in connection to the fight against former two-time world champion Anthony Joshua, writes Svenska Yle. This is the same substance that Conor Benn tested positive for in 2023, which led to the cancellation of his fight with Chris Eubank Jr.

It is speculated that the rather extreme - lots of meat and eggs - diet that Helenius keeps might be to the blame.

The investigation continues but Helenius insists he is innocent.
