French heavyweight Tony Yoka has announced on Twitter that his next fight will go ahead January 15 in Paris Bercy. against an opponent to be announced.
Various sources have reported that a showdown against Martin Bakole (17-1) was possible but that has yet to be confirmed.
Yoka is unbeaten in eleven fights against decent opponents and has won clearly but it must be said that the "fire" is missing.

EU super welterweight champ Jama Saidi (20-2) makes a voluntary defense of the title on November 26 in Berlin. Opponent has yet to be confirmed but the EBU reports that Frenchman Fouad El Massoudi (17-14-1) will be the one.
In other action on this AGON Sports promotion middleweight Vincenzo Gualtieri (17-0-1) defends the IBO Continental title against Rafael Bejaran (29-5-1 ) and heavyweight Granit Shala (9-0-1) takes on Italian champ Ivan D'Adamo (8-1-1).
Also on the bill is Cuban super middleweight Williams Scull (17-0) against an opponent to be announced.
As always the show goes ahead at the AGON Arena and is streamed by the AGON network.

Zhan Kossobutskiy (16-0) has been added to Universum's Night of the Heavyweights show in Hamburg November 20. The 32-year old Kazak heavyweight was set box elsewhere but that fight fell through and he will now take on Alexis Garcia (11-0) from the Dominican Republic.
Topping the bill is Jose Larduet, who defends the WBC Latin title against Leandro Daniel Robutti.

German super lightweight Timo Schwarzkopf (20-4) comes back after two years out and takes on Aram Faniian (21-1) on November 6 in Wangen in Allgau with the vacant IBO International title at stake.
Schwarzkopf was previously promoted by Team Sauerland but lost to Anthony Yigit in what might be called a team eliminator.

There were no purse bids yesterday at the IBF office in New Jersey for IBF female featherweight champ Sarah Mahfoud's mandatory defense against Nina Meinke. The parties reached an agreement and the fight is according to the IBF likely to go ahead on January 8 in Denmark.
