WBO female super bantamweight champ Dina Thorslund and Team Sauerland have parted ways. Thorslund´s contract was due to expire this month and won´t be extended.

With Team Sauerland, Thorslund won WBC Youth, EBU, WBC Interim and WBO 122 lb titles.

Thorslund (14-0) joined Team Sauerland in 2015.

As for the future for Thorslund, well, there is a Danish female mega fight on the horizon with a showdown against IBF Interim featherweight champ Sarah Mahfoud.

The best matchup on the undercard to Kevin Lerena vs Firat Arslan in Goeppingen over the weekend was the clash between David Faraci (15-0) and Emre Cukur (14-1). Faraci won and Cukur blew with that a good payday and a shot at the vacant EBU super middleweight title against former WBA titlist Giovanni De Carolis.

Buccione Boxing Team had won purse bids but was still looking for date and site so Cukur was still waiting for that. Now Faraci taking over Cukur´s spot can happen but isn´t likely.

Also on the undercard was the pro debut of heavyweight prospect Viktor Faust, who took 55 seconds to knock out Andrei Mazanek (13-11).
