The Namibian publication writes that former WBO 160 lb champ Harry Simon has been sentenced to two years in prison after being found guilty of culpable homicide in the Walvis Bay Regional Court. Charges were brought against Simon after a car accident that killed three Belgian tourists. The court found Simon solely responsible for the accident with the magistrate stating flat out that cases like this should be charged as murder.
