The Danish Fight Night scheduled for April 27 in Nykobing Falster has been postponed due injuries and visa problems for some of the visiting fighters.

A new date will be announced soon. Light heavyweight Andreas Lynggaard, 5-1, and super lightweight Enock Poulsen (7-0) are still to headline.

The DFN show scheduled for April 27 in Hillerod will still go ahead as planned with female featherweight Sarah Mahfoud on top of the bill.

Promoter and fighter Camilo Palacios staged a show at the Arbis Theatre in Norrkoping (Sweden) on April 7. As a promoter he did ok but as a fighter he was caught cold and walked into a one-two combination and was knocked out 22 seconds into the first round.

In the main event hard punching light heavy Simon Engstrom (4-1) lost a split decision to Ondrey Budera (6-6-1). Budera kept active while the Swede relied on his fewer but heavier punches. It was scored 59-57 twice for the Czech and 58-56 for Engstrom.

Team Sauerland´s heavyweight prospect Albon Pervizaj (7-0) has been added to the Walin-Granat show in Sundsvall (Sweden) on April 21. Pervizaj takes on Georgian Irakli Gvenetadze in a scheduled six-rounder.

French lightweight Samir Ziani (26-3-1) takes on Dame Seck (11-19-2) on April 14 in Puy-en-Velay. Ziani is 2-0 against Seck in previous fights. Should all go well Ziani will again fight for the EBU title later this year. Samir has previously lost two close, controversial decisions in fights for the EBU and EU titles. The third loss came to Richard Commey in Denmark where Ziani looked like the winner.

Abigal Medina defends the EBU super bantamweight title June 9 in Barcelona against Frenchman Anthony Settoul (23-6). It´s a voluntary defence by Medina who has Jeremy Parodi as official challenger.

EBU cruiser champ Yves Ngabu (18-0) has Noel Gevor (23-1) as official challenger. The EBU have set May 7 as deadline for purse bids or agreements. Gevor is trained by his stepfather Khoren Gevor.
