The fight between WBA "regular" cruiserweight champ Ryad Merhy (29-1) and IBO king Kevin Lerena (26-1) will go ahead at the Stade Roi Baudouin in Brussels on July 17. One third of the big stadium will be used with 5,000 spectators allowed with RTL and Vrt televising the event.

The undercard features super lightweight Hovo Martirosyan (11-0) taking on always tough Frenchman Renald Garrido (25-28-3) and super feather Miko Khatchatryan (12-0) is in against Ghanian Sherrif Quaye (19-3-1) in an IBO Int'l title fight.

The show is promoted by Alain Vanackere's 12 Rounds Promotion.

Polish-English promoter Martin Mikolajczak returns to Serbia for his second consecutive show there. This time the event goes ahead in Smederevo and Finnish welterweight Oskari Metz (13-0) headlines against Hungarian veteran Zoltan Szabo (27-30). In the co-feature American heavyweight Nick Asberry (10-2)  faces Zoltan Csala (12-14), also from Hungary.

British super middleweight John Ryder (29-5) has been named mandatory challenger for EBU champion Lerrone Richards (15-0). Meanwhile former WBA king Tyron Zeuge remains as official challenger for the winner - a position he's been in for some time.

Zeuge last fought two years ago and he pulled out of a planned fight against Giovanni De Carolis due to an injury in October of 2020 and there's been no news since then. As for De Carolis he lost to Richards in a fight for the then vacant EBU title.

German Power F Boxing headed by Mario Pokowietz celebrates 31 years in boxing with a show at the C-Club in Berlin July 17. The show should have been held last year but was postponed due to Covid-19.

There are 15 fights on the bill with two GBC world title fights on top. Super middleweight Vladimir Belujski (11-3-1) takes on Michael Shubov (16-9-1-) and super bantam Michael Kannler (11-3-1) face Jozsef Ajtai (22-17).

Super lightweight Zapir Rasulov (35-1 and always in the WBA ratings) is in against Uruguay's Nester Faccio (18-12-2) in the pick of the big undercard.
