Former EBU welterweight champ Kerman Lejarraga (31-2) is the new co-challenger to the vacant EU 154 pound title.

In the other corner, for the longest time, is Isaac Real (20-3-1). The EBU have set October 20 as deadline for purse offers and espabox.com reports that both Gallego Prada and MGZ Promotions are interested in promoting the fight.

Real was previously set to fight Finish boxer Tomi Silvennoinen but that fight fell through twice due to the coronabirus and then the Finn accepted a fight in Poland, and lost and was out as challenger.

Asloum Event in France have rescheduled the No Limit XIII show and it's now set for October 17 at the Palais des Sports Marcel Cerdan in Levallois.

French heavyweight champ Newfel Ouatah (18-3) defends the title against Nicolas Wamba on Saturday (October 10) at the La Defense Arena in Paris. Wamba, son of former WBC champ Anaclet Wamba, is a big star in kickboxing and his activities in professional boxing has been limited.

Ouatah was a good amateur but his pro career has been on and off and it's not only due to the coronavirus.
