IBF # 2 junior middleweight Jack Culcay (31-4) will take on Italian Damiano Falcinelli (15-1) in the headliner of AGON Sports show at the AGON Arena in Berlin on November 12. This is what is called a stay busy fight for Culcay.

In the co-feature heavyweight Granit Shala (12-0) meets Venezuelan Jose Luis Garcia (9-3) and Spanish puncher Jose Luis Navarro (7-0, 7 KOs) is in against Argentinian veteran Abel Nicolas Adriel (26-25-3)..

German super welterweight Abass Baraou (12-1) is out of the fight for the vacant EBU title against Frenchman Milan Prat (17-0) on November 19 in Creteil, France, due to injury. 

Y12 Promotions beat Abass' promoted Wasserman Sports at the purse bids with a bid for 120,000 Euro.

Spanish super welterweight Kerman Lejarraga (34-3) reports on social media that he is sidelined with a hand injury and is unable to fight on November 12 in Bilbao against Frenchman Fouad El Massoudi (18-18-1).

However, the show is still on and El Massoudi will now fight young prospect Ismael Flores (7-0-1).

Retired heavyweight Goran Gogic, who was recently arrested in Miami on allegations that he trafficked 22 tons of cocaine, attended the WBO convention in San Juan, Puerto Rico, writes BILD before flying to Florida to apparently take care of a different kind of business.

Gogic turned pro in 2001 and fought mainly on Universum shows and later Arena and did all right but suffered losses to the likes of Balu Sauer and Konstantin Onofrei. He retired in 2007 but returned in 2011 and was well ahead on points against Serdar Uysal after five was knocked out in the sixth by a punch to the body. He retired that same year with a 21-4-2 record.

Italian website boxeringweb.net hosted the 4th edition of the Italian Boxing Hall of Fame, in Forli.  Elected this year were former WBC super welterweight champ, Rocky Mattioli, promoter Umberto Branchini, former world and EBU bantam champ Mario D'Agata, who it must be added was deaf. Former IBF, WBU and EBU super welterweight champion Michele Piccirillo and former WBO super bantamweight title holder king Valerio Nati, who also was EBU featherweight champion.
