Former cruiserweight world champ Marco Huck (42-5-1) is sidelined with a shoulder injury and his comeback set for May 20 in Braunlage (Germany) against Evginios Lazarides is off. 

With Huck, now campaigning at heavyweight, removed from the card, the entire show is canceled, and no new date has been set.

"The show must go on II" goes ahead on May 27 in Villingen-Schwenningen (Germany) May 27 and 52-year old former WBA cruiserweight champ Firat Arslan (53-9-3) has been added to the bill.

Arslan was supposed to have his farewell fight ending a 34-year long career to go ahead on May 20 in Turkey but due to a bad earthquake the event was postponed and will now go be staged in October.

The show, promoted by Fides Sports, also features former WBA super middleweight champ Tyron Zeuge (25-1-1) in his second fight since coming back after almost four years out. Zeuge meets Czech journeyman Ondrey Budera.(18-30-1).

Former IBF female super featherweight titleholder Maiva Hamadouche (22-2) has announced her retirement on social media, with the reason being an eye injury. Hamadouche lost to Mikaela Mayer in Las Vegas in her last fight that took place in 2021. She also participated in 2021 Olympics in Tokyo but then returned to the pros.

Ukrainian lightweight Denys Berinchyk (17-0) has relinquished the EBU title and his defense against 46-year old Italian veteran Emiliano Marsili (42-0-1) that was set for June 24 in Italy is off.

Marsili will now face the highest available challenger for the vacant title.

Swedish light heavyweight prospect Costas Nanga (8-0) will if all works out now face Pole Michal Loniewski (4-3) on May 27 in Malmo, Sweden. Nanga first had Czech champ Tomas Adamek as opponent but he is out reportedly due to a hand injury.
