If we stick with the cruisers, the situation with the WBA titles is a bit confusing or how about this: Don King Productions won purse bids for a fight between WBA regular champ Beibut Shumenov and interim ruler Arsen Goulamirian.

However, DKP have been unable the promote the fight and it appears that Goulamirian is upgraded to regular champ and is made mandatory challenger for the now vacant "Super" title along with Denis Lebedev, who apparently is back after being champion in recess.

As for Shumenov, word is that he is the new champion in recess. He has been inactive since winning the regular title a year ago.
