Newly crowned EBU super lightweight champ Adam Azim (10-0) will defend the title against the mandatory challenger, Dane Enock Poulsen (14-0) in February in London. Contracts are not yet signed but Poulsen reports on social media that an agreement is in place.

44-year old former multiple world champion Felix Sturm (43-6-3) will again take on Sukru Altay (15-3) and they clash December 2 in Ludwigsburg. Sturm won their first fight clearly so why a rematch was made is difficult to see.

Sturm's best days are by now 10-15 years back when he was a big star for the "old" Universum Box Promotion. The last few years has been mainly about problems outside of the ropes such charges for tax evasion.

Danish Rng*Sde Promotions promotes an event in Copenhagen on March 9. The promoters haven't announced more than that but it is likely that heavyweight and co-promoter Kem Ljungquist (16-0) headlines.

Ljungquist writes on Linkedin that he was offered a fight on the big 'Day of Reckoning' show in Riyad on December 23 but turned it down as he felt he couldn't be ready in time - "I haven't had gloves on since my last fight," reports the Dane, who last fought October 7 when he knocked out Johnny Muller.

Rng*Sde also promotes a show on December 8 in Korstor where heavyweight Thomas Vinter will make his debut. Super middle Emil Kot (3-0) headlines against Moldovan Andrei Sanjura (1-4).

Former EBU and WBA I-C super welterweight champ Milan Prat (20-1) is in against Venezuelan Alfonso Blanco (18-2) December 2 in Marseille (France) on the undercard to Kevin Lele Sadjo's defence of the EBU super middleweight title against Italian Giovanni De Carolis.

Prat suffered a bad loss October 14 in Germany when he was stopped by Slawa Spomer (19-0) in the tenth round. Milan was floored five times along the way and should perhaps take a long rest instead of fighting so soon.

Freddy Kiwitt (24-3) was all set to take on Namibian Harry Simon Jr. on November 24 in Flensburg with the vacant World Boxing Federation super welter title at stake.

However, Simon Jr. has been unable to get a visa to enter Germany and the promoter, Kahrlo Rueda of Fight Academy Flensburg, has found a new opponent for Kiwitt in Luis Enrique Romero (11-6-1) from Vemezuela but based in Sparin.
