All participants on Monday’s ESPN+ show did their job at the scale one day prior.

The stacked title fight tripleheader goes off without a hitch, as everyone making weight for the pre-holiday show Monday evening live from Yokohama, Japan.

Headlining the show, 2012 Olympic Gold medalist and local hero Ryota Murata faces Canada’s Steven Butler in a 12-round middleweight heat.

Murata (15-2, 12KO) tipped the scales at 159.5 pounds as he attempts the first defense of his second tour as a secondary middleweight titlist. Butler (28-1-2, 24KOs) came in right at the 160 pound divisional limit for his first career title fight.

Murata reclaimed his old belt in an emphatic two-round wipeout of Rob Brant this past July, avenging a title-losing effort to the American suffered in their first fight last October.

Also on the show, unbeaten Kenshiro Teraji (16-0, 9KOs) attempts the seventh defense of his 108-pound title as he faces Philippines’ Randy Petalcorin (31-3-1, 23KOs).

Teraji came in just under the divisional limit as he weighed 107.75 pounds. Petalcorin came in at a trim and fit 106.5 pounds for an out he accepted on less than five weeks’ notice, replacing Nicaragua’s Felix Alvarado in what was supposed be a unification bout. Alvarado—whom stopped Petalcorin to win a vacant title last October—was forced to withdraw after failing to recover from bronchitis heading into his schedule training camp.

Underrated flyweight titlist Moruti Mthalane (38-2, 25KOs) attempts the fourth defense of his current title reign (second IBF reign with an IBO title run in between) as he faces longtime cult hero and former three-division champion Akira Yaegashi (28-6, 16KOs). Both boxers weighed in at the 112-pound flyweight limit for a bout that figures to steal the show.
