Las Vegas Downtown Events Center - In the main event of the evening, Hanzel Martinez (23-3) was upset by Erik Ruiz (16-5-1) by majority decision to capture the WBA international bantamweight title. Martinez took the fight to Ruiz who was a late replacement for Emmanuel Quartey. Quartey wasn't able to secure a visa to travel for the fight. Martinez was the aggressor throughout the fight but Ruiz consistently landed the more solid punches and combinations throughout the fight. The final scores were 95-95, 98-92, and 97-93. 

In the co-featured bout of the night, Tony Lopez (11-2) gave a valiant effort in dropping a majority decision to Stephon Young (15-0-3) for the NABA bantamweight title. Lopez, of Fort Worth, TX gave a great effort in a close fight but was turned back by Young, who hails from St. Louis, MO. The final scores were 95-95, 97-93, 96-94. Young was the quicker fighter and consistently beat Lopez to the punch. 

John Vera (15-0) opened up the televised portion of the fight card with an impressive knockout victory over Milorad Zizic (12-2) to win the NABA super welterweight championship. Vera dropped Zizic twice in the second round en route to the TKO win. Referee Kenny Bayless called the bout to a halt at the 2:15 mark of the second round. 

In a battle of unbeaten super featherweight prospects, local product Randy Moreno (5-0) blitzed Fabian Alaniz (1-1) in the second round of their scheduled for four rounds. Moreno unleashed furious combinations to begin the second round and Alaniz was hurt and unable to respond which prompted referee Jay Nady to wave off the fight at the :27 mark. 

Local welterweight Jeremy Nichols (6-0) excited his fans with a shutout victory over Marquis Hawthorn (4-5) of Waco, TX. His hand speed was simply too much and the final tallies were 40-36 on all three cards. 

Undefeated Las Vegas resident Max Ornelas (5-0) kept his perfect record intact with a victory over Mulapi Enjani (2-3-2) via technical decision in their bantamweight bout. After a head butt the fight was called to an early halt but Ornelas cruised to the 40-36 victory on all three cards. 

Sal Lopez (4-0) of Las Vegas dominated Kenneth Taylor (2-1) in their super featherweight clash. Lopez was quicker to the punch and dominated every round to open up the show. The final scores were 40-36 on all three cards.
