Finnish lightweight Edis Tatli (32-3) injured his right hand last week and that forced a postponement of the fight for the vacant EBU title against Gianluca Ceglia (16-3-1) that was set for Savonlinna, Finland, August 14.

Tatli vs Ceglia has been on and off now a number of times mainly due to Covid-19 but also due to Tatli having surgery to fix an injured shoulder.

The co-feature, an EU title fight at super bantamweight between Jose Antonio Sanchez Romero (13-0-1) and Cristian Rodriguez (12-5), is also postponed but the rest of the show will go ahead.

Topping the bill is now a clash for the vacant WIBF and GBU female super middleweight titles between Sanna Turunen (6-4-1) and Elene Sikmashvili (9-9). In the new co-feature welterweight Oskari Metz (14-0) takes on Italian Emanuele Cavallucci (12-3-1).


Super welterweights Jama Saidi (19-2) and Howard Cospolite (19-8-3) clash for the vacant EU title on September 25 in Berlin with AGON Sports promoting. 

Heavyweight Alexander Mueller is also set to make his debut with more fights to be announced.


Christan Larsen has passed away at the age of 73 in Denmark. Larsen was an excellent amateur, four Danish champ, and participated in the 1968 Olympics. He then turned pro in what was a golden age for professional boxing in Denmark and went 24-2-2 until he was forced to retire in 1973 due to an injured elbow. 


Berlin-based Power F Boxing and Troja Boxing Group return to the Columbia Theatre on October 3 and again WBA # 15 lightweight Zapir Rasulov (37-1) takes centerstage and is in against Panamanian Jose Forero (13-8-1). 

Norwegian super lightweight Jamshid Nazari (6-0) is featured on the undercard.
