Junior lightweight Duarn Vue won a 12 round unanimous decision over Miguel Angel Mendoza late Saturday night at the Alliant Energy Center in his hometown of Madison, Wisconsin.

With the win, Vue improves to 12-0-2, with 4 KOs. Mendoza, who resides in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico, falls to 23-12-2, with 22 KOs.

The shorter Vue outboxed the veteran fighter throughout the bout. The scores of 119-109 and 117-111 reflected more the fight than the 115-113 scorecard for Vue.

Junior welterweight Deonte Wilson defeated journeyman Corben Page (5-13-1) by unanimous decision over eight rounds.

Scores were 80-72, 80-72, and 79-73 for Wilson, who resides in nearby Milwaukee and goes to 6-2, with 3 KOs.

Both Vue and Wilson are managed by Maurice Muhammad.

Hard-hitting cruiserweight Dennis Morris stopped Lamar Harris (9-13-4, with 5 KOs) at 1:11 of the eighth and final round. Morris has won his last eight bouts, seven of them by knockout.
