Russian welterweight prospect Dmitry Mikhaylenko (17-0, 6 KOs) will enter the ring in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on the 8th of November against veteran Ronald Cruz (20-4, 15 KOs). Mikhaylenko is coming off a unanimous decision over world title challenger Sechew Powell. Cruz was last seen in action on June 27, when he lost a unanimous decision to highly regarded up and coming contender Errol Spence .

The fight will be part of an NBC Sports televised tripleheader, with heavyweight Amir Mansour (20-1, 15KOs) making his ring return in the televised main event against Fred Kassi.
