Russian promoter Vladimir Hryunov has revealed that a crossroads bout is scheduled to take place on August 22 in Sevastopol, with Russian middleweight Dmitry Chudinov (14-1-2, 9KOs) taking on Australian contender  Jarrod Fletcher (18-3, 10KOs).

Chudinov will attempt to recover from a technical knockout loss in the twelfth round to Chris Eubank Jr. on February 28, where the Russian fighter lost his interim-WBA middleweight championship.

Fletcher is in dire need of a win. He started off 2014 with an upset decision win over Max Bursak, but then he was knocked out in five rounds by WBA champion Daniel Jacobs in August and then saw himself lose a twelve round decision to countryman Daniel Geale in December.
