Fringe super middleweight contender Derrick Webster stopped Frankie Filippone in round seven late Saturday night at the Grundy Arena in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Webster improves to 23-1, with 12 KOs, while Filippone drops to 22-6-1, with 7 KOs.

In a clash of southpaw fighters, Webster used his athleticism and six-inch height advantage to rain punches down on Filippone. Webster hurt Filippone early in round seven, prompting referee Eric Dali to stop the bout at 32 seconds.

Webster has now won his last four bouts since his loss to Arif Magomedov in July of 2015.

Junior welterweight Mikkel LesPierre won a six round unanimous decision over Jerome Rodriguez (7-9-3, with 2 KOs). Scores were 59-55, 59-55, and 58-56 in favor of LesPierre, who improves to 16-0-1, with 7 KOs.

In a battle of unbeaten lightweights, Vidal Ramos (6-0, with 4 KOs) won a hard-fought four round majority decision over Jesus Salas (1-1, with 1 KO). One judge scored the bout 38-38, while the other two judges scored the bout 39-37 in favor of Ramos.

Cruiserweight Mike Hilton (6-0, with 6 KOs) stopped Eric Cason (2-6, with 2 KOs) at 2:51 of the opening round.
