He is winless in his last three fights, but that is not going to stop Delvin Rodriguez from continuing on with his career.

Rodriguez will fight Shawn Cameron this Saturday night, promoter Joe DeGuardia confirmed to BoxingScene.com.

The 10 round bout will take place at the Mohegun Sun Casino in Uncasville, Conn.

Rodriguez (28-8-4, 16 KOs) has been a staple of ESPN2 ‘Friday Night Fights’ broadcasts over the years and fought on a handful of premium network broadcasts.

His July 2011 majority decision draw against Pawel Wolak was one of the boxing’s top fights that year

The three-time world title challenger in two different weight classes has spent most of his time recently as an analyst for ESPN Deportes broadcasts.

In his last bout on June 12 of last year, Rodriguez lost a one-sided decision to Erislandy Lara. The 36-year-old Rodriguez, who resides in nearby Danbury, has lost to Miguel Cotto and Austin Trout.

Cameron (10-1, 5 KOs) suffered his first defeat as a pro in his last fight at the hands of Chris Galeano on November 20.

The southpaw Cameron resides in Brooklyn, N.Y.

In a six round light heavyweight bout, Joel De La Paz (7-0, 4 KOs) of Atlantic City, N.J. squares off against Naim Termunja (8-1) of Sweden.

Joe DeGuardia will promote the fight card.
