Fight Club series is back at the prestigious Hilton Lac Leamy in Gatineau on March 28th. For this 7th edition of the series, Eye of the Tiger Management (EOTTM) looks to set a precedent in offering the fans international world class fights with local flavors.

Headlining the card will be one of EOTTM’s new addition, Laval’s Antonin Decarie (29-2, 9 K.-O.) vs Mexico’s Pablo Munguia (19-4, 11 K.-O.) over what promises to be an explosive 10 rounds battle. A crucial bout for the “Lion heart” Antonin who eagerly looks to regain his status amongst the top 5 in the world and once again compete with the best the world has to offer. “Munguia, former Mexican Welterweight Champion, has no other intention then to return home victorious. Fully understanding what is at stake, Antonin is leaving nothing in the gym showing impressive determination. I have no doubt Antonin will open a lot of eyes come March 28th”, underlines EOTTM president Camille Estephan.

In the most anticipated bout of the evening, Baha Laham (12-1-2, 5 K.-O.) will contest Roody Pierre-Paul (8-1, 5 K.-O.) for the WBC Contintental Americas title. “Both fighters want to prove they are the best in Canada and considering their styles, this will be without a doubt a merciless war to prove it”, adds a clearly excited Camille Estephan.

As for Schiller Hyppolite (9-1, 6 K.-O) will face his toughest test to date in George Beroshvili (10-1-2, 4 K.-O.). “We are extremely proud of Schiller’s constant improvements and show of world class talent. He’s impressed us very much and is showing he is ready for a title bout. With Beroshvili he’ll have to continue to impress us with his ring intelligence as this will not be an easy fight”, explains Estephan.

The night is filled with highly anticipated local bouts. Pascal Villeneuve (3-0, 2 K.-O.) will put his undefeated record on the line vs Francois Miville (6-1, 2 K.-O.) and local Ottawa fan favorite will see action against another fellow Ottawa fighter in Sandy Pembroke (3-7, 1 K.-O.). Zack Bunce vs Steven Harvey (4-1, 2 K.-O.) and Chris Plaitis (5-0-1) vs Jesus Perez (4-2, 2 K.-O.).

As EOTTM shows no signs of slowing down, it is with pride to announce 3 new young athletes amongst their roster. Mitch Louis-Charles, Ayaz Hussain and Steven Butler. “All 3 athletes have lots in common; they are talented, passionate, fully dedicated to their sport and show lots of promise. We are confident these 3 are the future of boxing and we are very happy to embrace them into the EOTTM family”, notes Estephan.
