Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya believes Juan Manuel Marquez will always have the number of Manny Pacquiao. De La Hoya watched their trilogy fight and scored a close decision for Marquez, but admits the fight was very close. In the worst case scenario, he says the fight should have been scored a draw, but the judges, who are used to Pacquiao's dominating victories, may have been shocked by Marquez's ability to fight Pacquiao on an even level.

"I think Marquez edged him out by one point or maybe it could have been a draw. Look, it was a close fight. I think Marquez has his number. It's been a while since we've seen Manny Pacquiao in a close fight and I'm sure a lot of people were shocked and maybe sometimes let their personal feelings get in the way of a proper decision. We all know that Marquez does have his number. There is no doubt about that. And we all know Marquez is fed up with always getting the short-end of the stick," De La Hoya told BoxingScene.com.

De La Hoya wants to finalize the super-fight between Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. but blames Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum for not negotiating in good faith.

"Mayweather wants the fight. He has the date, May 5th, and I know for a fact that Manny Pacquiao wants to make that fight. We want the fight. Mayweather wants the fight. Bob Arum doesn't want the fight," De La Hoya said.
