Craig Glover will return to the ring next month.

The cruiserweight, who is good friends with WBC cruiserweight world champion Tony Bellew, will feature on his undercard.

Bellew faces David Haye in a heavyweight showdown at the O2 Arena in London on March 4, exclusively live on Sky Sports Box Office, and undefeated Liverpudlian Glover has been handed a spot on the same bill.

The 25-year-old is set for action over four rounds on the sold-out card and he will be looking to extend his currently unblemished 2-0 (1 KO) ledger with another impressive showing.

Glover made his debut last year, at Goodison Park, on the undercard of the aforementioned Bellew’s WBC world title victory over Ilunga Makabu before making his second successful appearance in the paid code five months later at the ECHO Arena in his home city –– on another undercard of 34-year-old ‘Bomber’, this time when he knocked out BJ Flores inside three rounds to make the first defence of his green and gold strap.

But now the stakes for Glover are altogether higher as he shares the bill not only with Haye, a former two-weight world champion, and Bellew but also alongside fellow Scouser Derry Mathews, who takes on undefeated Ohara Davies in a challenge for the Hackney man’s WBC Silver super-lightweight title.

Elsewhere, Sam Eggington faces ex-two-weight world champion Paulie Malignaggi in a defence of his WBC International welterweight title on the card and there is action for Ted Cheeseman and undefeated Olympic champion Katie Taylor, with further additions expected in due course.
