UFC President Dana White is backing the pay-per-view buyrate figure for the recent exhibition fight between five division champion Floyd Mayweather and Youtube star Logan Paul.

Mayweather, 44-years-old, came out of retirement to fight the 26-year-old Paul - with their contest lasting the entire eight distance.

BoxingScene.com first reported that Mayweather-Paul generated at least 1 million domestic pay-per-view purchases.

While White is fully backing that number - he rejects the claimed PPV drawing power of younger brother Jake Paul, who is scheduled to fight former UFC world champion Tyrone Woodley in the summer.

“Jake, he didn’t do a million [buys]. His brother did a million, him and Floyd did a million,” White said to reporters.

“Last time we had a press conference, I told you all the Triller stuff is bullsh!t, they’re lying, [about] the numbers [for Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren] … [but] those guys [Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather] really did that number. That’s a real number. They did that. Jake didn’t do that. Logan and Floyd did and good for them. That’s a real number, they really did that and good for them.”

White also rejects the claim that former UFC fighters are getting the biggest paydays of their respective careers to fight Jake Paul in sanctioned boxing matches.

Woodley, who at one time was one of the biggest stars in the UFC, says his purse to face Paul is bigger than anything that he received in the UFC.

White is not convinced by Woodley's statements and wants proof.

“I’ve been hearing that bullsh!t forever,” White said. “I’ve been hearing that. They’re all full of sh!t. What’s he making? Exactly. If it’s that much money and he’s so f------- proud of how much it is, how much is it? They’re all full of sh!t. That’s how you hype up a fight, too.

“Tyron Woodley’s 40-years-old. He hasn’t won a fight in three years in something he’s actually supposed to be good at. Now he’s going to go box. How do you sell that fight? Lots of other things than the sh!t that should matter. [Woodley says] 'I’m making millions of dollars and this is the biggest payday ever' and Jake Paul will say mean things about me and [he will tell me] 'pay your fighters' and you guys [in the media] just f------ get right into it and love it. It’s all bullsh!t. It’s all a bunch of bullsh!t.”
