NABA middleweight champion Connor “The Kid” Coyle looks for his 20th win in as many fights when he battles 17-1 Joey Bryant of Memphis, TN Saturday evening at The Blind Tiger in Biloxi, MS.

Training out of Pinellas Park, FL under Florida Boxing Hall of Famer Jim McLaughlin and residing in Derry, Northern Ireland, Saturday’s showdown with Bryant will be Coyle’s third title defense. The 33-year-old Coyle is 19-0 with 8 knockouts and ranked #6 by the WBA.

If all goes according to plan versus Bryant, Coyle’s sights are set on fighting one of the champions or top contenders at 160 pounds.

“I’m excited to get back in the ring Saturday evening,” said Coyle. “I appreciate (promoter) Jody Caliguire and my team for putting this fight together. We’re expecting to be 20-0 after Saturday night and announce a fight with a top middleweight in the very near future.”

Coyle-Bryant is the main event of “Biloxi Beach Brawl,” promoted by Rite Hook Promotions, T&K Boxing Promotions and Tri-Star Boxing Promotions.

IN OTHER NEWS: Super middleweight Filip Stankovic (9-1) steps up to face the toughest opponent of his career when he fights Ryan Adams (9-7). A former NABA USA super middleweight champion, Adams surprised the world in 2021 when he defeated Kozimbek Martonov - a Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist on the Uzbekistan National Team. Stankovic dismantled his opponent, Ulisses Jimenez in less than a minute of round 1 on SCFN4 and looks to ascend in the rankings.

In a featured 6-round bout, 15th Round's Deonte "Sleep" Walker (3-1, 3KO'S) will face off against twenty-year veteran Joe Sambrano (5-17-2). Deonte will have to be perfect as Sambrano has fought several Golden Gloves Champions and has proven he has a jaw made of steel - being stopped only once in his entire career.

Traevon "Kid Cobra" Kroger puts his perfect record of (4-0) on the line against Anthony Linenfelser (4-21). Linenfelser has been tested by a litany of undefeated prospects. The two were scheduled to fight a year ago, but injury to Kroger prevented the match. There's been a lot of trash talking and bad blood ever since. 

Sioux City's - by way of Mexico - Juan Medina (1-0) of One Combat had a sensational debut on SCFN4 with an emphatic KO in the fourth round. He looks to continue his winning ways against Eddie Gates. 

In a 6-round, female bantamweight clash, Los Angeles native Nicole Chisholm (4-1, 3KO'S) will slug it out with Ireland's Cara McLaughlin. Nigerian born and exciting Middleweight prospect Solomon Okoronkwo (3-0, 3KO'S) returns to face veteran Thomas Allen. In the Super Lightweight Division, Boris Nde (4-2), will look to bounce back after suffering a KO loss to Nimal Farmer.
