On Saturday night Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (46-0) made history by becoming the first Nicaraguan to win titles in four different weight divisions. Gonzalez lifted the WBC super flyweight belt from Carlos Cuadras (35-1-1) via a very competitive unanimous decision  at The Forum in Los Angeles.

Gonzalez had previously won titles at 105, 108 and 112-pounds.

The 29-year-old Chocolatito suffered cuts around his right eye and his face was very swollen after the bout. He would later admit it was a very tough night.

"I won four world titles and they were difficult fights. Difficult battles just like this one," said Gonzalez.

Cuadras asked for a rematch immediately after the fight and said that he felt that he had done more than enough to have been awarded the victory.

For his part, Gonzalez said he would have no problem facing the Mexican again.

"Whenever he wants it. Of course I will do it. He deserves it. He's a great fighter," Gonzalez stated.

Gonzalez also holds the WBC flyweight title but made it clear after the fight that he won't be moving back down to 112 pounds so there wouldn't be any issues with the rematch taking place again at 115 pounds.

"I'm going to stay at 115. I feel strong at this weight," Gonzalez told BoxingScene.com.
